Graphic artist Bill McMullen hails from San Diego, California. After moving to New York, Bill began working with the Def Jam art department subsidiary, The Drawing Board. Whilst there he worked with the founders Cey Adams and Steve Carr producing artwork for some of the biggest names in rap music.

From Mark Twain to Kool Herc, the Bronx has been the home of some of the worlds most respected and influential creatives ever. Often referred to as The Boogie Down, the Bronx has the distinction of being the birthplace of hip-hop in the early 70s. Some of the worlds finest rappers, DJs and producers have all hailed from this area.

The Bronx logo appears in a powerful typeface and the artwork presents some of the key landmarks of the borough and the City of New York from the Zoo to the Yankee Stadium.
